Where is my Package?

When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information. All of our international orders are sent via DHL and can be traced via their homepage.

We ship worldwide to every country. For free.

My watch is defective, what should I do?

Your satisfaction is very important to us, please contact us at customercare@paul-valentine.com and include a picture or two of the defect. Please do not return your product without consulting our customer care.

Is there a waranty on watches?

Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. The Guarantee covers your Paul Valentine watch for any manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions and exceptions stated below. What will Paul Valentine do? We will repair or replace, free of charge, any part found by Paul Valentine technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing fault. The liability of Paul Valentine under this Guarantee is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replacement of parts under the conditions stated in this leaflet. This Guarantee does not cover: 1. The use of or effect of using batteries other than those prescribed by Paul Valentine and / or watchstrap not supplied by Paul Valentine 2. Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling or improper or abusive use (such as knocks, dents, crushes, or scratches) 3. Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or aesthetic or functional modification of your watch carried out by someone other than Paul Valentine technical services Normal wear and tear and ageing of the watch, its glass or any Paul Valentine watchstrap. To benefit from the Guarantee, please send an email to customercare@paul-valentine.com. Please provide us a detailed description of your issue and your order number which you received with your purchase.

Where is my Strap?

Orders only containing straps are sent via regular mail and may take up to 10 days to arrive. For these orders you will not receive a tracking number.

How long does shipping usually take?

We strive to deliver worldwide within five days and within Europe even faster. For an exact estimation proceed to the checkout and enter your address.

Can I change my order after its completed?

Since we’re pretty quick at processing and packing your order, unfortunately no changes can be made after you’ve placed your order. However, there might be enough time to cancel your order and create a new one. If you wish to do so, please submit a request with our customer support team via customercare@paul-valentine.com. We’ll cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed and packed yet.

Can I return my watch if I change my mind?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In case the buyer wishes to return the product, he or she is allowed to unpack the product and only use it to determine whether he/she wants to keep the product. The returned products will be carefully examined, as they must be unworn and in their original packaging, containing all accessories of the packaging. Please note, that if a buyer wishes to return the order, the shipping cost is his/her responsibility. When do I get the money back from my return?

We usually process refunds at the end of the same week we received your product.
